We are "Out-of-Network" providers.  If your medical insurance reimburses for out-of-network expenses, you can request a bill or receipt that you can submit directly to your insurer.  Reimbursement is between the insured and the insurer. 

Payments can be made by credit card, cash, or check and is due at the time you are seen unless other arrangements are made.
